Book a Free Assessment Call

Last updated: April 28, 2026

This is the privacy policy for Momentum Media. We keep things simple because we treat your information the same way: with respect, and only when you've chosen to share it with us.

Information We Collect

We don't run general intake forms or surveys on this site. The only information we have about you is what you choose to share with us through one of these channels:

  • Booking a call through our online calendar (your name, email, phone number, and any details you provide).
  • Emailing or calling us directly.
  • Subscribing to our newsletter through the signup on this site, which collects your first name, last name, and email address.

How We Use That Information

We use the information you share with us to do exactly what you'd expect:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up on calls.
  • Send you marketing emails, strategy tips, and offers, but only if you've subscribed to our newsletter.
  • Manage our own client relationships and ongoing engagements.

By submitting your email through our newsletter signup, you consent to receive marketing emails and updates from Momentum Media. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

Sharing

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only times your information leaves our hands are when we use trusted business tools to operate our company (for example, our scheduling platform, our email service provider, and our hosting infrastructure), and those tools handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and Browser Storage

This site uses cookies and browser storage in two ways. First, we store small amounts of information in your browser to support basic functionality, like remembering whether you've recently dismissed a popup so we don't show it to you again. Second, the advertising and analytics tools described below set cookies in your browser to help us measure and improve our marketing. You can clear cookies and browser storage at any time from your browser settings, and most browsers also let you block third-party cookies entirely.

Advertising and Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load advertising and analytics tools on this site, which may include Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and similar tracking tags. When you visit a page on this site, these tools may send information to Google, Meta, and any other configured providers, including:

  • The page you visited and basic information about your browser and device.
  • Your IP address.
  • Cookies that these providers use to recognize browsers across sites.

This is the same kind of tracking that powers most of the marketing we run for our clients. Each provider uses this data under its own privacy policy. You can review or adjust how Google uses your data through your Google account settings, how Meta uses your data through your Facebook account settings, and most browsers offer settings or extensions that block tracking pixels entirely if you'd prefer not to be tracked.

Your Choices

You can:

  • Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email we send.
  • Email us to request a copy of any information we have about you, or to ask us to delete it.
  • Block tracking pixels through your browser settings or with browser extensions if you'd rather not be tracked by our advertising tools.
  • Choose not to share information with us in the first place. Visiting this site doesn't require you to give us anything.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients and newsletter subscribers directly.
